AKKO 19 mm WIDE GUIDE COMB

Description

The Akko Wide 19 mm Attachment Comb is a professional accessory designed to ensure precise, even and safe grooming results. Thanks to the practical Slide On attachment system, it can be easily installed on the compatible clipper blade, providing a secure fit throughout the grooming session and smooth performance even during the most demanding grooming tasks.

The 19 mm size is ideal for achieving a longer, softer and more natural finish, perfect for regular coat maintenance and body trimming while maintaining more coat length, volume and natural movement. This length is highly appreciated by both professional groomers and owners who want a full, soft and easy-to-manage coat without shortening the natural structure of the hair too much.

The Akko Wide 19 mm Attachment Comb delivers the best performance on clean, dry and thoroughly brushed coats. Before clipping, it is important to remove any knots, mats and excess undercoat, as every attachment comb works more accurately when the coat is properly prepared. Dirty or matted hair can reduce cutting quality and affect the smooth movement of the clipper blade.

This size is particularly suitable for dogs with curly, wavy, woolly, soft, silky or voluminous coats, such as Poodle, Toy Poodle, Barbet, Bichon Frisé, Lagotto Romagnolo, Coton de Tuléar, Havanese, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso, Cockapoo, Labradoodle and many Doodle crossbreeds. The Akko Wide 19 mm Attachment Comb allows for a much fuller finish compared to shorter attachment combs, leaving more coat length and creating a soft, even and natural-looking result.

This size is widely used for maintenance trims and styles such as puppy cut and teddy bear, where a longer coat length is desired to enhance the natural texture of the coat. It is particularly suitable for creating rounded, soft and voluminous shapes while maintaining the characteristic appearance of curly and wavy coats. It is also suitable for smooth or silky coats, such as Maltese, Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso and Cocker Spaniel, when a fuller coverage and softer finish are desired.

On curly and continuously growing coats, the Akko 19 mm Attachment Comb allows for a balanced coat length, making daily maintenance easier without completely removing the natural volume of the hair. It is ideal for coats with an elastic, soft and structured texture, where a more natural and less shortened finish is preferred compared to shorter attachment combs. As with all attachment combs, the final result depends on coat preparation, hair density and the groomer’s technique.

Made from strong and durable materials, the Akko Wide Attachment Comb is designed to provide reliable performance even under intensive professional salon use. The teeth ensure smooth blade movement, reducing snagging and helping achieve a clean, even and soft finish.

For maximum performance, it is recommended to use the attachment comb with a perfectly sharp, clean and regularly lubricated clipper blade. The final result also depends on coat structure, grooming technique and proper coat preparation.

Choosing the Akko Wide 19 mm Attachment Comb means relying on a practical, precise and professional grooming accessory, designed to provide comfort during use and consistent results on a wide range of coat types. It is the ideal solution for those seeking quality, reliability and a long, soft, natural and flawless finish in every grooming session.
