The company AKKO SCISSORS sells and delivers the items presented in the online catalog throughout the country (italy), including the islands. The prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. Please note that the images displayed in the catalog are for illustrative purposes only.

Akko Scissors through the Website www.paolaacco.com reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that are placed until the goods are sold out.

Sale items may be temporarily unavailable: in such cases, customers will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of seven days after receipt of the purchase order. The Company reserves the right to cancel the order in special cases such as: goods gone out of production, miscalculation of the warehouse, sudden unavailability of the product or errors in typing prices. In such cases Akko Scissors will directly contact the buyer, to offer alternatives or to cancel the order. In the latter eventuality, any amounts paid will be promptly re-credited.

For the greater protection of customers, Akko Scissors prefers to ship its products only to the buyers' address, accepting a different destination only if, at the given address, the goods are picked up directly by the recipient (e.g., work or second home address).

Shipments that exceed in weight and/or amount the maximum values provided by the transportation system will be divided into several shipments of weight and/or amount within the maximum values; in this case, shipping charges will apply to each individual shipment. ad ogni singola spedizione.

What to do if the good purchased online arrives damaged ?

If the carrier delivers a package whose packaging is visibly damaged, sign the courier's proof of delivery as "subject to inspection", indicating the type of damage on the box (e.g., "bottom left side of the box is torn"). Even in the case of damage that is not recognizable at the time of delivery, the recipient must report the damage to the Carrier and to www.paolaacco.com within 8 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the recipient loses the right to obtain compensation for damages from the Carrier.



Shipping costs for scissors under warranty or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is returned within 8 days of purchase. Products must show no signs of wear, neglect or abuse; they must be clean and all items shipped (including any promotional items, item case and various accessories) must be returned. All returns must be in perfect condition if a refund is due. If one or more products are returned, an email must be sent before shipping to: ordini@paolaacco.com. Be sure to read through the website and follow the authorized return instructions before sending the package. All return packages not properly marked according to the authorized return instructions will be refused upon arrival.

Make sure the products are well packed to avoid damage during shipment. If the product is found loose in the package and is damaged due to poor packaging, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Always attach a note describing the problem and a photograph of the product before shipping for assistance.

Please note that the warranty does not include scissor changes or refunds 15 days after purchase. If the tool is repaired by replacing a part of the tool with a new single component, the duration of the warranty will still be from the date of purchase.

Please note: For equipment bought on sale, purchases at trade shows, internships or seminars, where items are personally viewed by the buyer, no refunds or exchanges of any kind are allowed.


In accordance with the provisions of Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 ( and subsequent amendments and additions), the Customer (consumer), if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased, may return the products themselves or renounce the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance payment. The Professional Customer (person with VAT number) with related purchase with VAT invoice, will not be able to make use of the right of withdrawal. Return Costs:
Return shipping is at the expense and risk of the Customer.
Akko Scissors recommends signing a transportation insurance with your chosen Carrier for the return of the goods.

Timeframe for withdrawal:
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days since the product has been delivered.
The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day the Customer or a third person, other than the Carrier and a third person designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the product.

What procedure to follow to make a WITHDRAWAL:

Open an ticket to Customer Support at ordini@paolaacco.com, specifying: "I want to request a return/withdrawal" and Enter the following details in the Description:

  • Order data: name, date and number of the order placed
  • Your own will to withdraw from the contract
  • Attach photos of the product and its packaging

The Akko Scissors Team will take care of the request and send a confirmation of its receipt, on a permanent medium (e-mail). We will contact the Customer to agree on the method of shipping (shipping is at the expense of the consumer/customer).

A return will not be accepted if the product will show signs of usage.

PLEASE NOTE: limitations and exclusions

The following is a list of situations that may result in the limitation or exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

for hygienic reasons, all products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Therefore, products must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. If it is determined that such products have been used or are unlabeled, AKKO SCISSORS will not be able to process the return.

MASS MEMORY PRODUCTS: For the following Models: Vetiva Mini, Super Trimer, in order to ensure the privacy of the data contained, and for hygienic and security reasons even after cancellation, such products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and in "as new" condition. The Company AKKO SCISSORS will also not accept the return of such products on which the packaging seal has been removed.

If the customer fails to follow these return directions, AKKO SCISSORS reserves the right to refuse the return of the product.



If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments made to Akko Scissors, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of Standard delivery offered by the Company). Said refunds shall be made via BANK TRANSFER method of payment, even if the customer purchased a different method of payment for the initial transaction, unless, at the time of purchase, the customer explicitly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund.

Financial reimbursement is suspended until receipt of the goods and inspection of the product by the Company.

The Customer is requested to return the goods or deliver them to Akko Scissors, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the expiration of the 14 days period. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.

The company AKKO SCISSORS is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned in uninsured shipments.

The company AKKO SCISSORS reserves the right to inspect the packaging of the returned product and, depending on its condition, may deduct from 10% to 20% or more from the value of the amount paid for the product if the product does not comply with what aforementioned.

The company AKKO SCISSORS also reserves the right to specify to the customer the deduction of a percentage of 10% 20% or more, after having viewed the product, even in contradiction with the consumer himself/herself, based on how much the product has actually been used.

The above conditions for withdrawal do not apply in the case of products sold at online promotions (understood that in such occasions they are not sold at the real retail price of the products, but discounted), or on special occasions, such as "Satisfied or Refunded" or similar.
